Conscious Evolution
Evolution is an IS. Change happens, with or without our consent. Every living thing naturally matures and increases in its ability to adapt to its environment. Conscious evolution is a choice uniquely available to humans, because our cognitive abilities are more developed.
Every choice creates a change, which provides another choice. It is an inherent continuum in the mechanics of life energy operation. The choice/change dynamic of transformation appears to be represented in the yin/yang symbol by the white dot in the black field and the black dot in the white field.
One way to assess consciousness is through its correlation with energy frequencies. The whole of your life energy is composed of four interdependent fields of energy. The frequency spectrum from densest to most refined is: Material (physical), Emotional, Conceptual, Ethereal (spiritual). Conscious evolution requires that you recognize and develop all of four them.

The greater your level of awareness of who you are at all levels, the faster you will be able to progress on the evolutionary spiral. There is no rush. You can take as long as you want. It’s up to you.
